To keep to the topic of this thread, Algieri will never be known or remembered. I never heard of him before his fight with Pac.

Pac will follow him after May 2nd. Pac will be a journeyman for the young and upcomers to feast on. Good riddance.

I'm sure Paclovers love these kinda posts and analysis.

No. He ran away from Mayweather's demands, not the testing...it was a matter of DAYS' differences before the fight.

That is most definitely not true. Algieri's best win over Provo is way better than Guerrero's over Berto.

******ity knows no bounds with you. Check Guerrero's career and championship fights and compare to Algieri's non-career in boxing.

Algieri was never supposed to get the fight. It was gonna be Pac vs Provo but Algieri ruined it. With nobody left for pac to fight at TR, they went with Chris.
Whether the guy ends up being good or not doesn't even matter, it won't be remembered on pacs resume anyway. The one thing you can't take away is how bad Chris did at that level of competition. All it shows is that there are good fighters then there are Greats like Manny and Floyd who make good fighters look like absolute trash.

Lol no-one cares about pacs victory over algeiri and nobody will in the future

Algeiri is well-conditioned athlete with height and reach, neither of which he uses as good as he can do

He has no power and never will
He does have heart but in the PAC fight you can see he almost quit. He was in survival mode. Rios wasn't. Rios tried landing power punches but kept missing .

Eventually algeiri is gonna have to move up to 147 and that's bad news for a guy with little pop

When it's all said and done, Mannys win over algeiri will be merely a footnote in pacs legacy

                No it won't.

Pac has plenty of great wins on his resume, Morales, Barrera, Delahoya, Bradley and etc.

No need to try to force Algeri into that list, the fight ******, and was always a mismatch, should have never happened.

Algeri while a DECENT fighter, should have never been in the ring with a ATG.

Also he lost to Provodo, the only reason why the media changed tune was because he scored a Pac fight. And HBO had no choice at that point but to try to hype

                  Triangle Theories.

Plus no one is hyping Broner up anymore, he's also a B level fighter.

not discrediting the point you're making, but using the "look at his face" argument is ******ed

his face looked like that from one single round, not from a sustained beating over 12 rounds

The funny thing is he would have been better off fighting Malignaggi. Malignaggi at least has a better resume and has fought and become champion at 147.
