Ramirez will fight Raul Hidalgo on April 2 at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles, manager Joel De La Hoya told Boxingscene.com on Sunday night.

The 10 round bout will headline a 'L.A. Fight Club' card and will be broadcast live on Fox Sports 1 and Fox Sports Deportes.

I wish not only GBP, but all of the promoters would match their prospects a little bit tougher as was the case with Diego De La Hoya vs. Manuel Roman. De La Hoya dominated, but he had to work very hard and go more rounds than usual, which will benefit him in the long run.
