Weight thing inexcusable but suggesting Floyd needed the weight to beat JMM is ludicrous in itself.Comment

This fight is going to show that Floyd's size and skill set will be too much for the smaller Pacquiao. Similar to how JMM was just the smaller guy against Mayweather. Pacquiao and Marquez good fighters but Floyd is the bigger guy who uses his advantages instead of giving them up like most bigger fighters. Maidana had a significant weight advantage over Floyd, could pressure Floyd and he fought dirty. Pacquiao doesn't use his body as a weapon and doesn't fight dirty. Can't compare the styles.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 03-02-2015, 07:17 AM.Comment

I believed foot stomping is accidental specially if it happens 19 times in Marquez vs Pac 3 which seldom or almost non existent in Marquez vs Pac 1 and 2
And I also believed that it was an accident specially if out of those 19 accidental foot stomping 17 was Marquez foot always on top of Pac.
Illegal or not I don't know but can anyone find me a clip where a lefty and a right hand stance ever step on each other foot more than Maquez vs Pac 3?
any fighter in history of boxing known for foot stomping?
How many foot stomping where recorded with Floyd fighting lefties?
and if it is just an excuse why do you seem butt hurt?

Is it not the reason why they have to rescheduled the fight because Floyd can't make 144lbs anymore? tell me about the supposedly injury he suffered from a sparring.
It is a catchweight for crying out loud.Comment

I heard Peterson got to Floyd's ribs pretty good. But I do believe he is a natural WW and anything under is hard for him to make.Comment

"but suggesting Floyd needed the weight to beat JMM is ludicrous in itself."
granting he suffered that phantom injury.
Questions:
1. Floyd has another month or so to shed those extra pounds why didn't he?
2. Was Floyd already 144lbs at that time and only gained that extra 2 pounds because of that injury?
3. Can he not shed off some more weight because of that injury?
4. Floyd team knows how much he weighs the night before the rescheduled fight and they know they are way off the mark, did he intentionally not shed that extra 2lbs or was Floyd still somewhere between 148 to 150 the night before?
5 Floyd is known as a gym rat and take care of himself in between fight, fight night weigh in he usually weigh in at 147 to 149 how hard is it really to shed 5 to 6 lbs while training?
6. at the weigh in when they found that Floyd was 2lbs over the limit and decided to pay x amount of money every pound more than the agreed CATCH WEIGHT why didn't Floyd even bother to shed just a pound more so he dont have to pay that much to Marquez. I know that at the weigh in and you cross the limit you are given sometime to lose that extra pound, why did not Floyd even try?
7 If for some reason Marquez did not accept the bribe err I mean the pay would that be considered as a lose on Floyd's record?Last edited by Rath; 03-02-2015, 08:28 AM.Comment

I also said that he most likely can't make the weight anymore didn't I? Are you seriously thinking that Mayweather needed the extra 2LBs or so to help him beat JMM? Seriously? You're going to run with that rather than Floyd just not being able to make the weight? Especially in a fight where Mayweather didn't even impose himself physically on JMM. Not to mention the king of I want a rematch because I was robbed never complained about Mayweather coming in over weight. You are borderline desperate with your accusation. Many fighters come in over weight and still fight but are mostly fined and if it is a title fight get their titles taken away. The only instance the fight is called off is if the opponent says he doesn't want to fight but JMM didn't say that but rather took the money. My thing is, Manny knew how JMM looked at the weight and that's why Roach wanted it at the same catch weight and you have the nerve to implicate cheating. JMM wanted it closer to 140 but Roach and Pacquiao said no, while it is a known fact that Pacquiao was on his way down to 140. Roach is the biggest handicapper in the sport of boxing."but suggesting Floyd needed the weight to beat JMM is ludicrous in itself."
