I was going to include him but he has no titles, has achieved nothing compare to the other guys and has not yet been in a significant fight. He had a close one with Groves and he's definitely being ducked but he is not yet on the upper echelon on fighters.

I think Carl Frampton is number 1 from the UK but Froch is the most accomplished.
