If they would have fought five years ago, Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach admits that his fighter, Manny Pacquiao, would have possibly lost to Floyd Mayweather Jr. That round of negotiations was unfruitful. Boxing fans rejoiced last week when Mayweather-Pacquiao was finalized for May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Times have changed for Roach. He believes Mayweather is a fighter with "shot legs" and won't be able to escape Pacquiao's incoming punches for twelve rounds.
As the fighter prepare for training camp, Roach is predicting that Pacquiao will knock Mayweather out "very late in the fight."
