God Damn what a fight this will be! I think it won't just be a Rigo masterclass. He will taste the canvas at least once.
Rigondeaux vs Frampton will be one for the ages!

Rigondeaux has needed a rival to put him on a bigger platform and I think Frampton might be that rival. These guys can put each other on the map in a more mainstream way. Frampton is already a big ticket seller but wants international acclaim where Rigondeaux needs a name guy who can be competitive with him.
I think this fight ticks both boxes, I agree with Al Bernstein on this one, it looks like Frampton has a good chin, and if that's the case then the rest of these guys are in trouble, he is improving fast and has now started to go for the kill more and has become much more aggressive earlier in the fight. He looked devastating tonight, albeit against a tough but slow fighter, the thing with Frampton is he can box and shine in a chess match, and proved tonight he can brawl a bit too when he needs to. Whether he can bring one of those styles and be successful against someone on Rigondeaux or Santa Cruz's level remains to be seen. For me the kid looks the real deal. -
In a perfect world Rigo would have fought LSC and Framptom fought Quigg then the winners fought each other but Santa Cruz had to come out of the spineless cunt closet and ruin it.Comment

It's a very intriguing fight. Hopefully we get it by the end of the year. Frampton and Quigg can fight this summer and the winner gets the champ.Comment

There's a reason why Rigo is avoiding the fight hard. Frampton, just like any top fighter who isn't past their prime like Nonito, would lay him out cold. That's why Rigo stay in Japan fighting nobodies and getting dropped by nobodies with that China chin of his lol.
Rigo is a pathetic little coward.

Rigo hasn't received any offer to fight from any of the top super Bantamweights. There's a reason why Rigo is avoiding the fight hard. So how is he avoiding the fight? Frampton has never called him out.Comment

It is an intriguing fight though.
Rigo is highly skilled but it's obvious to see his defence isn't as good as some people would have you believe. People say it's on the level of Floyd, not at all. You can possibly count on one hand the amount of times Floyd has been caught flush in almost 20 years. Rigo has been dropped and slapped around the ring by fighters who are not supposed to be on his level. That's a fact. However, he still has fantastic skill.
Frampton on the other hand is possibly the type of fighter who could expose flaws in a fighter. He doesn't seem to do an awful lot wrong and has a lot of very good attributes to his game.
A couple of fights ago, i'd have given Frampton no real chance. Now i give him a real shot after seeing more flaws in Rigo and the way Frampton has gone about his business against Avalos and Martinez. Fair enough they're not great fighters but the manner in which he did it is impressive either way.Comment

After that **** Leo Santa Clause pulled with blaming Haymon for not being able to fight Rigo after pricing himself out, I think both Frampton and Rigo should fight. After they fight, win or lose, neither of them fight the coward and let his career fade into oblivion. I hate this Leo/Quillin crap about how they duck and dodge certain fights and then when the person they fear inevitably loses, they say "I'm number one doe, I'm undefeated init!?!?" ****ing B*ll****Comment
