I called Rigo out as a boxing master years ago and took all the flack when I was one of the only people picking him over Donaire....

Frampton however is simply the better fighter. More complete.

This fight is really as simple as Frampton is gonna land his left hook and when he does it's over. Usually a fight at this high a level wouldn't be so simple, but this is the only outcome.

Frampton has two deadly weapons and countless attributes that are very subtle yet superb. His timing and accuracy are world class, his power is excellent, he is patient and could fight off the back and front foot and his left hook coupled with the straight right are devastating. I think Carl stops Rigo.

What happens if Rigo lands his straight left first? Because you know it's gonna land with precision, power and with speed that Frampton has never seen before.

Frampton has a strong beard and can adjust throughout the fight. The kid is an excellent boxer. Go back to the first Kiko Martinez fight and you'll see how effective he fights off the backfoot as well. Then, in the rematch, watch how much he outgrew Kiko(the Champion himself), whom was coming off some massive wins and tons of experience at world class level himself.

I've caught tons of heat before but it seems like the tides are finally turning. Frampton beats Rigo in my book and I think it's a fight bound to happen. Frampton just needs to execute Quigg first and Rigo will finally get to unwrap his little "L".

It'll most likely have the same effect Kiko's much more powerful overhand rights were having.....none at all.

That's one of the reason I gave because if somehow Rigo completely dominates Frampton, Carl is still good enough that he will always land at least one big shot.

That wouldn't happen though. Frampton even wins the chess match for me.

Rigo's power is underrated, he really has pop, and also take in consideration the fact that Rigo is a natural southpaw. I don't know if Frampton has experience against southpaws but if his gonna fight Rigo that will be good to have.

Nevertheless it will be a great fight because both fighters have skills. It's always a pleasure to watch a match between two good boxers in their prime.
