It was totally justified. The kid was getting torn apart and looked ragged as *** before the stoppage.
Exactly. Stoppage was right on time imo. Avalos was clearly done and had nothing left for Carl. Taking more shots could've been dangerous for Avalos.

It was the first round where he was hurt. He didn't go down yet and was still swinging. He was stunned and the ref stopped it as he was backing up. Come on, if you can't see how that was at least a bit early, you shouldn't be calling others ******ed.

Excellent performance by Frampton. Good stoppage, Avalos was almost out on his feet. Avalos can take a punch but he was getting hit to much and we know Framtpon can ****. I hope Frampton-Rigondeaux happens this year.

                  Avalos was done.

He was about to get KTFO, the ref saved him.

Avalos was badly hurt, Foster just saved him a trip to the canvas, decent stop imo. Frampton was laying some vicious blows on Avalos. I hope the boxing gods are just and give us the fight between the Jackals.

Agree, Spray. He needn't not take any more shots.

His firing back consisted of barely flailing his arms then hugging.

No good would have come of letting it go on.
