  • Comments Thread For: Provodnikov-Matthysse Doing Very Well, Says Pelullo

On the night of April 18th in Vernona, New York at the Turning Stone Resort, Ruslan Provodnikov and Lucas Matthysse do battle in what is perhaps the best pure match-up on paper for the first half of 2015( with all due respect to what's taking place on May 2nd). And Artie Pelullo, who's company Banner Promotions handles Provodnikov, is expecting a full house that night.

$75 ringside for this fight is crazy cheap. Freaking Pro-am cards here are $35 dollars lol.

I've been hearing all of the Haymon haters Montoya,Boxingvoice, and Steve Kim complain about the availability of stubhub venue. Can anyone tell me why the fight had to be there and what's so special about it? They can fight anywhere Vegas, Cowboy Stadium etc So why was this venue such a deal breaker?

If I'd have known tix were that cheap I would've went ringside. Matthysse gives Provo his first TKO loss IMO.

I was ready to get my tickets if it was at stubhub, now I guess if the Chavez card has some good fights on the under card I might have to settle for that.

Listen man I dont think ringside seats were sold to the public. I waited till the countdown was over right at 10am the only seat available through Ticketmaster where a set of floor seats then i got fkd over because the Ticketmaster reset and got me the next best seats which where on section 24
