CHRIS EUBANK JNR has hired the trainer who helped inspire his dad’s success as he looks to put his first professional defeat behind him.

Maximo Pierret has joined Eubank Jnr’s camp as he prepares to fight Russian Dmitry Chudinov for the WBA interim middleweight title at London’s 02 Arena on Saturday.

Eubank Jnr’s last fight ended in a split decision defeat by Billy Joe Saunders and Pierret, of the Dominican Republic, has helped to prepare him after long-term trainer Ronnie Davies broke his ribs falling out of the bath.
