Is that when the Xylocaine wears off?

Great insights. I can see it going either way. Floyd is usually well in control by the 12th but does often give the round away. -

Hell no,because he would still fight the same cautious, potshotting,no punch to the body fight. And getting tired of hearing Mayweather and who he is going to KO.His punches couldn't break an egg.Pacquaio can charge in like the light brigade and not worry about a Marquez style happening even with his hands down like Ortiz.

Forget having rounds as well! Just ring the bell and there are no pauses until someone is KO'd!

I think so, but more TKO's not KO's. that extra 9 minutes in the ring is tiring. I think you'd see a lot more opponents not being able to block punches and the ref/corne deciding enough is enough.

Boxers control their intensity level depending on the length of the fight. Those extra rounds wouldn't dramatically change styles or careers.

The 12 vs 15 rounds thing has become undeservedly significant and mythological like everything else from "back in the day".

I think Floyd would have more knockouts if he didn't have the hands issues he does. I think that's at least part of why he is so economical with his punches. Those super soft gloves he wears doesn't help either.

                    Nope.

If there were still same-day weigh-ins then he would get more knockouts.

Sosa was ready to go - probably could not carry on for 3 more rounds. Judah - for sure. Maybe DLH - he was also tiring towards the end.
