Gambler came into this thread trying to box. But he got lured into a war.

If you want to call it that, but I have been much deeper in the weeds before.

Wake me up when he fights someone with a pulse FFS!

He's good, but has not fought anyone. Literally. It's like hes never even fight one fight in his life right now.

Here is a durable tank that is arguably undefeated against other MW titlists who spent the entire training camp defending that daunting left hook to the dome-piece and the body. GGG's left hook breaks people in half. Knocked Rubio's head into his body and made Macklin scream like a banshee. all single shots. Murray had his right hand up at all times and glued the elbow to his ribs..

Guess what happens in this fight?

Every single knockdown, including the fight finishing punch were done by the right hand.

            - KO power in both hands up top or to the body.

            - KO power early and late

            - Volume early and late

            - Highest KO ratio in middleweight championship history.

men lie. women lie. #'s don't lie.

You can lie and hype history, but facts are facts.

He's a better offensive machine than Hagler(weak left), Monzon and Hopkins. He's the greatest offensive MW of all time.
I'm a big GGG fan but this is simply ridiculous. Stop this you're embarrassing yourself and making other GGG fans look bad.

I think that GGG may get himself in the TOP 20 all-time middleweights (and maybe higher) but best offensive machine? So far GGG has fought only one top quality middleweight: Martin Murray. Yes he won convincingly but he needs to face more top quality opposition before we start comparing him with the greats: Sam Langford, Harry Greb, Tiger Flowers, and others.

Martinez's own promoter admitted to ducking him is an assumed loss on martinez's part.

Same with Cotto. You think Cotto would beat GGG? or Martinez that Cotto fought?

They are ducking him, making him even more credible than you idiots. WHO HE FIGHT DOE!

The titlists are giving him more credit than you.

It's simply too soon to crown him a great, and with the crappy crop of MW today he will prove nothing through no fault of his own.

He is my favorite fighter and I think he is in the same class as Hagler, Monzon, and Hopkins. They are all different but all great. As a two handed bomber to both head and body he is the best. 19 strait KOs over mostly top 10 fighters is the proof of that. It's no wonder Martinez and now Cotto refuse to fight him.

I honestly can't take anyone serious who says Hagler was a one handed fighter, especially when he could fight south paw and orthodox. We don't know how good GGG is at this point, and the MW division is very week. But to say this guy is the best offensive fighter in MW history is being very dilusional. He's better than James Toney, Michael Nunn, Mike McCallum, Roy jones, Hagler, and Robinson??? GTFO!!! Its cool to be a fan of a good fighter, but lets not be a fanatic. These boxing forums are getting to be unbearable. The true boxing fans with legit knowledge are being replaced with fanatics of certain fighters that you can not debate with due to their lack of boxing knowledge.

I love how these trolls are always quick to rubbish Hagler, thinking he actually was a weak champ or a limited fighter. Hagler could do everything, he could box and punch with equal ability, and lead with either hand, plus he had a cast iron jaw. Id need to see GGG beat a lot better quality before i would even expect him to be really competitive with Hagler. Hew gets hit pretty easily when he presses forward, against a guy of Haglers calibre that gets you punished.
