The networks\Promoters would rather sell three million plus PPV's, than fill a stadium with the bulk seat prices averaging +/- $100.
Plus, everybody is getting kickbacks on a fight of this magnitude and Vegas is where the money flows, before, during and after the event.
In the future, J.Jones should collaborate to add Casinos and other venues in the surrounding area, so that people have something to do after the event, comparable to Vegas.
