WBA bantamweight champion Jamie McDonnell claims his problems with motivation are gone as he enters preparations for a unification clash with WBO champion Tomoki Kameda.
The two-time world titleholder from Doncaster says that the lack of a stellar opponent since defeating Julio Ceja for the IBF belt in 2013 has made it difficult to really get up for a fight.
But McDonnell says that will not be the case this time around, as he looks to set to face Kameda on either April 11 in New York or the 18th, when he will potentially headline under the lights in Las Vegas.
