LONDON, ENGLAND - WBA interim-middleweight champion Dmitry Chudinov and once-beaten challenger Chris Eubank Jr. went face to face at the final press conference, as Russian promoter Vlad Hrunov, British promoter Francis Warren and Chris Eubank Sr. watched on. Eubank is looking to bounce back from his first career defeat, a decision loss to domestic rival Billy Joe Saunders. Their fight takes place this Saturday night from the O2 Arena in London, England. The BoxNation televised card will be headline by a heavyweight collision between WBO mandatory challenger Tyson Fury and tough contender Christian Hammer.

Having read what the Eubank's team has had to say, it's difficult for me not to be for Chudinov.

chudinov should go to the body and likely wears down eubank jr , who has to hold on for dear life, he manages to survive but the champ does enough to win a unanimous decision. Hey if chudinov or even eubank jr win why not test the winner against Ryder!

Is that your next excuse should Chudinov lose?

Didn't know that he could speak English. I'm picking him to win, but I can't envision it being easy. For what Eubank lacks in boxing ability and technique, he makes up for it in physical strength. Chudinov is a pressure fighter so we'll see who's able to bully the other around.

Damn - his English is actually pretty good - I didn't know either. On a level playing field I'd pick him to win but with the news that the BBBoC are now choosing the officials and the fact that Eubanks' the son of a star and a potential money spinner I'm seeing the odds stacking up against Chudinov.

Dmitry will need the KO or to dominate throughout to get the win here I think - and whilst I like him he remains a bit too scrappy and unrefined to ensure that. OTOH I can see Dmitry giving Eubank real problems with his style and Chris' size may not be enough to even matters out.
