It is very clear that Khan was mentioned in PLAN B of team Pacquiao and no denying about that. It was mentioned several times in interviews that Khan can be the Pacman's opponent IF Pacquiao is not fighting Miss Flor Mayweather Jr.. The big Pacquiao/Mayweather fight is going to happen on May 2 as per agreement by both camps... so there is no PLAN B and there is no reason for bridesdmaid Amir Khan to be crying. LOL
