It was officially announced on Tuesday that the highly anticipated match-up between junior welterweights Ruslan Provodnikov and Lucas Matthysse will be held at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in upstate New York. This will be one-half of a split-site doubleheader on April 18th on HBO.

The other fight on that broadcast will feature former WBO lightweight beltholder Terrence Crawford, who was just recently named by the BWAA as it's 2014 Fighter of the Year. He is slated to face Thomas Dulorme in his 140-pound debut.

Should be a great fight. I'm surprised their putting it on the mathysse Provo undercard. Either way this is the card of the year so far. Sucks there putting that clown Jesse hart on the pacquiao mayweather undercard. They should have put cotto-Bradley instead

i want crawford to get his **** pushed in and i don't know why. i think it's that fake nice guy attitude. he's like the kevin durant of boxing. he's portraying something hes not and it upsets me that he lets them manipulate him like this.
