Lara is a big junior middleweight and he even said it himself. He weights around 172 on fight night probably the same as Golovkin. Its a good fight on paper but Lara gets wrecked, the guy couldnt even keep angulo off, hes lucky Angulo blocks punches with his face.

If they can make that fight, I think that is fine. I don't think Lara has what it takes but if the guy wants to give it a go he is better than what 160 has to offer.Comment

GGG has way too many deadly tools for Lara to survive. If a guy like Angulo can drop Lara then GGG will put Lara away. It could be head shots or body shots or both but Lara gets knocked out just like everyone else IF he even signs the contract.Comment

Lara has more balls than brains, but if I was him id stay the fk away, he has too many disadvantages to overcome in that match-up he would get rekt Gamboa style . Sometimes over sized ballz can get you in trouble there's no upside to moving up to get into a fight that's none of his bidness he should focus on his division finally dominate there and be content.Comment

Interesting fight at 154, not interesting at 160.
Golovkin talked about fighting Mayweather at 154, a Lara fight would be a proof that he can actually fight at that weight plus the regular WBA title on the line.Comment

good fight, since cotto is obviously gonna duck GGG then this would be good especially if on the pac may undercard. Guys who a while back were saying GGG was ducking lara will of course turn around after GGG knocks him out and say he's picking on 154 fighters but whatever.Comment
