my prediction: Brock will challenge for a belt, lose, then become a journeyman

    I'm on the Brock bandwagon.

At first all I got from him was his name and appearance....I instantly thought, "the boxing banker??? what a douchebag." He doesn't have a colorful personality, but seems like a good enough guy.

From what he's shown in the ring, I don't think that there is any reason not to be a fan. He shows good all around offensive skills inside and out, a good enough chin, and most importantly...he has HEART. He has shown ability to get off the canvas and win, and that KO of the awkward Lawrence was spectacular. I think he has already set himself apart from shallow fighters like Grant...

I also think Mr. Sand *cough* I mean, Sam Peter could have a decently successful career. He'll at least be a fun guy to watch with his power and chin.

I was very unimpressed w/ Brock's last fight against Lawrence i think it was, but he deffly showed some punching power. The fight suked, but that KO was seriuous business. The HW division is wide open so who knows whos gona take over.

Brock will beat Timor, but be prepared for a long boring fight.

I've seen Brock twice and he's looked really good and he's looked really average. Knocking out Etienne doesn't impress me.

Once Brock decisevely beats someone with a remote heartbeat...I'll reconsider him. As it stands he's an unproven fighter with a pseudo intelligent nickname.

Brock has great potentials but he still needs to get big wins against the top named fighters. If he can do that, I'm sure his career will be propelled and his name will get noticed.

He doesn't have any big names on his record yet, but he does have nice wins...no matter how you slice it.

Jameel McCline (good fight, McCline was game...Brock beat McCline more convincingly than Byrd)

Terry Smith (decisive point win, Brocks jab and right hand were great, Smith only has lost once and is a decent fighter who spars with top guys)

Lawrence (not a great fighter, but awkward...Brock leveled him with one punch)

I think Brock is going to take Timor Ibragimov to school. Anyone wanna bet on this fight?

Right and so does Ruslan Chagaev, Matt Skelton, Juan Carlos Gomez, Tye Fields, Nicolai Valuev, Sultan Ibragimov, Roman Greenburg, and Leo Nolan.

All of them are complete garbage however. Like I've stated....a win over a semi-impressive opponent in decisive fashion and I'm on the bandwagon I guess.
