it probably would have been a 119-106 score card. maybe even 120-105.

I am glad he did because people would be criticizing him like they did Kovalev for not koing Hopkins.

In fact they are criticizing Golovkin anyways even though he won every round and stopped the guy.

A decision would have been bad for boxing.

I think Golovkin should stay defensively responsible even if he doesn't respect his opponent's fight game. People are mainly critical of his defense. This isn't anything new, I've seen this happen time and time again in the sport, where the far superior fighter doesn't care to defend that well because his opponent isn't a threat.

Hahaha when people dislike a fighter for no reason, nothing is good enough.

Why didn't he knock him out with the first punch that connected?

            He got hit.

It lasted more than a round.(Rubio fight)

Ya he literally just stuck his face out and let Murray hit him with four punch combos, repeatedly. He obviously does it on purpose in those cases, but yes in general he does get hit too much. The times he does allow might get criticized on here but it's demoralizing for the opponent, which is much more important than shutting us up lol.

Who the hell criticizes Kovalev for not stopping Hopkins? He very, very obviously wasn't trying too hard until the 12th, when he went berserker mode.

i hope you werent implying i dont like GGG.
i was just pointing out how dominating tht fight was lol.

and i wasnt so much unimpressed by the "defense", since he was just deliberately eating punches
