There is no truth to this at all. Roc Nation aproched Cotto but he didt not agreed. They are talking about a joint venture for future fights in PR and in the USA but not a Cotto contract.

They are a New York based promotion and Cotto has a growing staple of Puerto Rican fighters and will in 4-5 years become the undisputed #1 promotion in Puerto Rico. Right now it might not mean much but eventually Roc Nation will like to get in to that market because Ricans sell in New York.
