Since the IBF stripped Jermain Taylor this month, who is fighting for vacant belt and when? Is N'Dam fighting Lemieux for the title?

Golovkin isn't ranked by the IBF, maybe he could fight Billy Joe Saunders to get ranked and get a shot at the title. Or should him being a champion grant him a fight with the future IBF champion?
