I think it's the other way around.
Floyd needs Manny. He has to.
Or else he'll be plague with people asking him why he didn't fight Manny for the rest of his life and agter his death.

    Simple as that.

      Except that that's bull****.

BIR is still on Pacquiao's ass, with the PI courts on the verge of compelling Pacquiao to finally testify. Forbes magazine has an article up on the topic that is less than a week old.

$18m tax lien in the US, and an assumed $75m tax liability in his home country. GTFOH

I read it too, he bonded so he didnt have to pay 75 million, which he never could pay that on top of another 18 mil for the US. That was only FOUR yrs lol. I bet Mannys mad Floyd would never agree to fight in China lolol, sry for you getting taxed 39.6%.

Mannys screwed, all in all he was never an educated man, I guess only in PI can u be a congressman without finishing grammar school

guaranteed most of his purse is immediately taken

the ironic thing is that he can read and write relatively better than Mayweather IN ENGLISH while Pacquiao can speak and write 3 languages. Technically, 2 languages and a dialect: Tagalog, Visayan and English.

PAC had no choice! Floyd generously pulled his 40mil flat offer and sent a new offer of 40% which equals to around 80mil or higher.....lol

PAC does not have tax problems..... He has multiple properties in the u.s. and it would have already been seized....... Unsure about the P.I.

Mayweather says Pacquiao's "back was against the wall" and the Filipino star is in need of money. The undefeated pound-for-pound king points to Pacquiao's tax troubles in the United States and the Philippines and he also take a few jabs at Pacquiao's inability to break 400,000 pay-per-view purchases for his contest in last fall against Chris Algieri.

The sad part is only Floyd fans will believe this just becuz it came out of Floyd's mouth. PAC will always live like a king in the Philippines. Floyd needs the $ more to sustain his over the top lifestyle. I guarantee Floyd will come out if retirement becuz he needs $.
