I don't know and this is an honest question.
Was JCC really past his prime when he fought DLH the first time?
A lot of people say yes, but I also can't imagine DLH fighting someone so respected in the Mexican community at a point in JCC's career when he was considered "past his prime" (not my words).
Or was this just another case of people realizing he was past his prime after the fight or was it well known before the fight that JCC's best days were behind him?
