Pacquiao has fair more natural ability that Floyd

If Floyd and Manny were switch at birth. Pacquiao would be a much better version of Mayweather. A defensive genius with knockout power and aggression and a much higher work rate.

Pacquiao has far more natural ability than Floyd? I swear its like some of you guys have never actually seen Floyd fight. Pacquiao is the naturally smaller guy, shorter arms and shorter in height. He also lacks Floyd's reflexes. Pac was a puncher at lightweight and below, just like Floyd was. And according to the numbers Floyd has stopped three guys at 147 lbs(including the Ortiz fight) and Manny has only stopped one guy.

Pac gets Ko'd, gets dropped and even cuts easier than Floyd. So how is Pac the naturally more gifted guy?
