If there were some rule violation\infraction, then the NSAC would have called the action into question. But since they are better informed than 99% of forum posters, no action was taken. Kinda seals the discussion ....

not harping in to anything. no rules are being violated. as i said on my post, the blame is more on the ref. he shouldn't be timing in w/o looking on the boxers. he timed-in while the 2 was hugging, after that, he saw ortiz on his back..
