Agreed again... That's why I absolutely believed when those rumors came out that Spence dinged Floyd up a little. It happens, it's sparring. I wasn't **** as a fighter, before you think I'm going to go off and tell you a "back in my days" story but I had a respectable amateur record, above average and that's not what I'm most proud of ... I'm most proud that I had never been dropped or stopped in an actual amateur fight. But in the gym ... In sparring? ... I got ko'd clean throwing a weak jab and leaving my hand out too long and also by a shot to the body by a guy much older and bigger than me (I was allowed to hit him wherever, he could only throw to the body).

Point is **** happens in the gym you're absolutely correct. **** Paul Spadafora "schooled" Mayweather and the footage is out there anyone who think Spad beats Mayweather, at any point, in a real fight would have to have their head checked... But you obviously get the point...

so roach probably has pac working on getting inside while his partners try to keep him off.

headgear won't help. you'll still feel it. headgear is more to protect from head clash/cuts in sparring.

I really hope for PAC's sake that's only a tiny part of the plan (cutting off the ring) he's not physically stronger than Floyd IMO and he gets his head knocked clean off if he try's to implement that all night.

I don't think he'll be inside muscling Floyd to cut off the ring, more using his feet to not let Floyd escape or use it to position him where he wants.

He's going to have to implement some sort of hybrid of the Bradley 1 fight and try to steal by flurrying at the end of every single round and try and steal the round,mixed with... I don't really know.. Lol

Was rewatching some fights. He really needs to focus on his distance, falling in and getting out of position will kill him against Floyd.
Against Oscar was the best I seen.

He always gets popped on the way out... He just freezes up sometimes to admire his work, like a guy who thinks he hit a home run only to see it bounce off the wall and then has to hustle to hopefully get a double out of it.

Yeah, noticed that as well. Like Tua said, he lands good body shots, then admires it and never throws one again.
With Oscar though he seemed so focused, he was on point. That Manny needs to show up to get the W.

Just an odd thought because as we already know we can't make a thread about May or PAC regardless of wether it's about this fight in particular or not without running the risk of getting banned ... But I digress.

Assuming floyd gets thru PAC (he will) and gets thru the next guy, he claims to be calling it a day,hanging them up,lets be honest he's not he's going to come back for the record the 50th. I'd like to see him come back as "Pretty Boy Floyd",wear the trunks he wore in his first fight, have himself announced as "pretty boy" and have his final fight in "the Mecca of boxing" MSG. Just like every ****** or *** or both (not religious) has to make their pilgrimage at least once in their lifetime I think it'd be dope if Floyd finally fought at the garden. Let's also not forget there are quite a few people in New York with a few $ on them they would do extremely well as far as gate goes, your last chance to see Floyd ... Ever... In your own backyard (NYC). People would be spending major coin. I can see it rivaling the PAC fight if ...

Can you imagine if it'd be for the middleweight strap against Cotto if Cotto can somehow hold it for that long... Jeez... He could probably get close to 2 mil ppv buys on that alone and throw another 100+M in his pocket because he doesn't have to give Cotto anywhere near as much as manny
