Doesn't mean Marquez was on them. You're innocent until proven guilty. As far as I know Manny was clean but the same measure that has been used to assume Marquez is dirty can be used for Pacquiao. Both got stronger as they went up in weight and got older which is unusual. But Marquez couldn't even KO a shot Mike Alvarado while supposedly being dirty yet was STILL able to knock Manny's one dimensional ass out LOL.
