    Do your research properly.

Any athlete who mixes an already heavy training program with a plyometrics program has to tone down the intensity of it due to high risk of injuries. Too hard on the ligaments.

This has been well documented. So yes, plyometrics is no exception.

Still waiting for you to have a point in there somewhere. Floyd and his trainers dont know how to do their jobs?

Low intensity plyometrics. Oxymoron if there ever was one. If you had half a brain cell, you would know that shot was for propaganda purposes.

Shocking technique from Floyd, he is such a girl

Floyd got weedy 12.5 inch biceps. Size is not important though, and if they did get big he is training wrong.

You want to be working fast twitch explosive muscles. The axe seems a little too heavy for weak Floyd

Floyd isn't weak. If he was weak he wouldn't be able to do what he is doing with that axe.

It was a piss poor effort.

Keep convincing yourself that Floyd is training wrong. The truth is, you are shook as hell that Floyd is taking this fight so seriously, and you know that he understands exactly what it takes to win a fight like this.

Best sparring partners for Pacquiao imo would be in no particular order.

                    Rigo
                    Lara
                    M.Garcia
                    Khan
                    M.Herrera
                    Bradley

All these guys are good boxers at the very least with some having great speed, great footwork and slickness.

That's a great opinion. Agree with that!
