because then pac would do an investigation into USADA because he would know he was absolutely clean and something wrong is afoot. this would put a lot of unwarranted heat and eyes on USADA for fabricating test results and hiding floyd's dirty tests.

it's much more convenient for USADA to hide floyd's dirty tests and test manny 100x more than floyd, so pac's camp is constantly interrupted to do a test.

i wouldn't be surprised if they tested manny just a couple of minutes before the fight. and if you've ever given blood (and i donate blood every month) you'd know that you don't feel 100% and need some down time.

So if Manny does test positive then it wasn't Floyd because it would be too risky and that would mean that in fact Manny is juicing right? Lol

yes. i don't believe USADA would frame pacquiao because you best believe that arum and co. would do an investigation into this. and arum will have his way because he is good friends with many congressman. even pacquiao is good friends with john mccain. so they would look into it and catch USADA for fabricating test results.

just use your brain it isn't hard to understand the ins and outs of this all.

You should be having no problems. CIR testing is gonna be done. And its more about the T/E ratio than them sweeping it under the rug. Two tests... A & B... A is positive.... then they test B... if thats positive as well... then its a dirty sample... but like I said imo it depends on the T/E ratio...

But that should not be a problem since CIR testing is being implemented from the get go.

trust me. this is the biggest fight of the century, right? and if USADA goes around fabricating tests for this big fight you better believe mccain and the rest of the congressmen would go after them. like you said, mccain endorses USADA as do many other congressman. mccain is a good person and he would not accept that the organization he strongly endorses would frame his friend pacquiao and tarnish top rank and arum's reputation as well.

arum has connections. he would go to mccain, and the rest of his congressmen friends and have them look into this. mccain would not allow a organization that he endorses to do something so corrupt and hurt his friends.

and you don't think that arum, pac & company wont do their own urine tests etc on the side... you know like having side samples what/not to "prove" that the "dirty tests by the evil usada" wasn't his? If I can think of that, I'm sure arum can think of that.

The main issue before was that usada did CIR testing if the T/E ratio was off.... vada does it every tests....

So now we are going to definately have CIR & EPO...

And, yes, CIR testing will be employed by @usantidoping, as will testing for EPO.
