I think the fight could go either way, but there's a common trend of Pacquiao fans coming up with excuses as to why Pacquiao will lose. It happens in literally every single thread.

Oh, so there's a line that's drawn. I wasn't aware that you had to have the "premier" guy, in order to be on PED's. The fact that Manny's guy basically said that anyone in the top tier of their respected sport, is on PED's, though, that's nothing. Because of course, he's not the "premier" guy.
