he's gonna have trouble no matter what he does with pacquiao, these guys think he'll slowly come forward and keep the distance by taking small steps back when pacquiao chooses to charge, but floyd can't keep that up, he's naturally stylistically a fairly flat-footed fighter(esspecially now), and when he's on the offensive, he rarely even takes one step back, and when in that mode he will get boxed to bits
his best bet is keeping the fight as quiet as possible and taking rounds with single digit landed punches, while majority of the time walking away from pacquiaoComment

Never said they were
Agree with all of this but they are still past prime and the fight would have been better in 2009.They're both still Elite level Prizefighters at arguably the number 1 and number 2 spot in the world.
I'd rather get it now than not at all.Comment

"But no...... he gonna walk him down doh. Doesn't matter that Manny is a killer in exchanges.... he gonna walk him down.... he got weak hands and no significant KO's after 140... but he's gonna walk Manny down and KO him.....cuz Marquez KO'd him"Comment

if this fight happened around cotto-clottey-marg, i'd pick pacquiao to stop mayweather, his out-put along with his dynamism, fearlessness(threw every punch full force) would have wrecked floyd, even if it went the distance, i would have comfortably picked pacquiao
now i know it's a close fightComment

Yeah but he was more wreckless. He's a much smarter fighter now.if this fight happened around cotto-clottey-marg, i'd pick pacquiao to stop mayweather, his out-put along with his dynamism, fearlessness(threw every punch full force) would have wrecked floyd, even if it went the distance, i would have comfortably picked pacquiao
