Well I reckon Pacquiao's faster of hand and foot, has better stamina, more power (those are considered physical gifts in the sport of boxing) Floyd edges him in reflexes and accuracy but Pac's accuracy is very good. Floyd has the better chin.

I think Pac is the more physically gifted fighter overall. Floyd is more schooled because he was boxing from birth but Pac's physical gifts allowed him to get away with mistakes.

Hand selecting Champions is how you get there... PAC could've done the same but you'd have to fight a guy coming off a win and as we've seen the Pacquiao strategy is to fight BIG NAMES COMING OFF LOSSES
