I think we went thru this regarding prices several Floyd PPVs ago. The tickets are authorized by MGM, printing and design goes through the promotion and they get any logo/illustrated/embossed tickets printed. The promotion(s) gets their "x" amount and the MGM gets the rest to sell to brokers they have arrangements with, comp, or whatever. IIRC.
