it cause he always have his left ready to throw a power punch and the way he throws it calls for it to be lowered cause thats his style of throwing it, back when he was super duper fast he had the same flaws but he was too fast for anyone to capitalize on it, now that he slowed down a tad it has allowed for people to be able to expoilt it for some success
