Ive always been one, and therefore as a fan, i have to be a critique to what is expected from these athletes, and if these athletes like floyd dont deliver of what is expected of Them. It wont be left unnoticed. Im the gatekeeper of truth.Comment

Maybe he can land top 100, but that's pushing it. He's legacy is of someone who could but didnt. Like Grant hill in the nba. He had all the skills, but he just didnt show it. Hence, Grant hill didnt get any recognition and just withered away from existence after he retired. That will be floyd's fate for surelolLast edited by Spoon23; 07-28-2015, 02:37 AM.Comment

He can't all he fought are either out of prime/old or one dimensional fighters. His resume is all smoke and mirrors. He played it too safe. And when he found his match he hugged and ran to the disappointment of the crowd.

Look, some of you can't be objective with Floyd's cherry picks such as Berto if it really is his next fight. Every day there is a few threads by Floyd fans defending the pick, in some form or another.
"Berto is a former champ."
"Berto will give Floyd more trouble than GGG"
"But Manny fought Rios so Berto fight is allowed" (intentionally forgetting that Rios happened after KO)
BTW - I'm talking about rounds that were close or that Manny actually won. If you look at the replays in both slow and normal video you will see that Floyd was NOT as effective as you Floyd fans made him out to be. Again, those rounds in question could have and some should have gone to Manny. Remember that 2 rounds going to Manny makes it a draw. 3 rounds gives Manny the win.
Start by checking out round 3. Manny actually stuns Floyd in that round. Floyd does little. Some shots after reviewing, Manny blocks or partially blocks.Comment

They even SIG them and even better, they SIG moments where Manny was giving it to Floyd but believe Floyd when he nods his head "Nope".Classic Floyd subjective fans to the rescue!!!

Usually the first thing someone says tends to be the truth. Pacquiao tried his best but it wasn't good enough, Mayweather wouldn't stand still and Pacquiao couldn't find a target and let his hands go except for a few times.
The injury excuse came after the fact. Ask yourself why Pacquiao doesn't feel he needs a doctor to see how his shoulder is healing and to determine the best rehabilitation, he said he feels good and is doing his own rehab without consulting a doctor. Or ask why a professional boxer wasn't able to fill out a form correctly that's he's been filling out before every fight his whole career.
Kellerman: What was your impression of the fight?
Manny: I thought I won the fight. He, Floyd, did nothing.Comment

You at least know something about the sport, unlike those clowns.
How did you not see Manny losing like this when it was clear to almost anyone with some level of real knowledge about the sport?Comment

Son its almost August, the fight was in May. Manny lost. Get over it and move on. How this loss affects posters like you, Spoon23, MisanthropicNY and ADOP2 so much is pathetic.

If you say that you are such an amazing boxing fan, go score round 3 and let me know what you think. That round should have gone to Manny and that makes it 115-113. There are other rounds too.
Floyd fans like you want us to believe that Floyd won clearly but that is untrue. Far from it. We are actually more objective because we are saying that it was a close fight.Comment
