pacquiao isn't flatfooted enough for that to be a strategy, he hasn't fought like he did in the first morales fight, since the first morales fight, he was alot more aggressive oriented and didn't know how to fight backing up, in morales 2 you see a more modern pacquiao, although at a lower lever, if floyd is looking for the inside he's better off walking to pacquiao till he eventually gets on the inside on a pacquiao taking a breather

It was a new dynamic, almost look those old Kung Fu movies where one of the good guys get destroyed by a style they've never seen before, all whilst being mesmerized.
