Is it just me, or is Pacquiao terrible on the inside?

I'm currently watching his fight against Clottey, and I'm yelling at the screen for Pacquiao to throw an uppercut.

How do you beat a great defensive fighter?

You make him defend too much.

Well, it goes both ways. Mayweather is also a sharp counter puncher as well. Mayweather ain't no Clottey. He is no just going to stand there the entire fight with his hands up and absorb the punches. If Manny chooses to throw a lot he will also get countered a lot.

Like Bernard Hopkins said on legends speak , pacquaio can outhustle mayweather

Sometimes mayweather gets too caught up in his own defence. Worries too much about not getting hit .

If you look at the first maidana fight, when mayweather was on the ropes he would let el chino shoot his bother and then come back with shots. He wasn't countering in between shots .

Oscars jab had success because it occupied Floyd and disrupted his rhtymn

But pacquaio gets hit with shots because he's an offensive minded fighter and he's thinking about how to land on you
