There is not much of a significant time difference between the US and Mexico. To my knowledge they've always shown PPVs for free in Mexico. I've caught a couple of boxing PPV streams when I had to work and it would be on TV Azteca. The only streams that don't get knocked are usually from the Non-English TV channels.
