There really isn't. I got infuriated when the WBA set a new fight for the 126 interim belt.

It was Cuellar, but turns out he got moved to regular, freeing up the interim. They aren't trying to clean the division, it's just one big money grab

Its a good fight and agree with the poster noting Jacobs's dismal level of competition since getting ko'd by Pirog, sadly its his most memorable fight.

Truax could be a very dangerous fight for Danny. He's a decent enough fighter who's improved since the Taylor fight and Danny's been pretty inactive.

I said that b/c of how unproven Danny was at that point. Truax and Fletcher were top 15 when Danny fought them, but definitely not top 10. Before those two guys his best win was either Ishe Smith or a shot Lorenzo.

That's b/c Danny's been handle soft since Pirog. Truax had some nice wins over Derek Ennis, Scott Sigmon, Don George, even respect his disappointing draw with Ossie Duran (who was a tough journeyman), but Truax never succeeded above that level - peeks into top 15, but def. not top 10. It was truly a step up fight for Jacobs b/c his only significant win to that point was Fletcher, who's a light hitting fighter that was getting knocked around the ring by Max Bursak before Bursak started fouling and giving the fight away, and was stopped in the 2nd round by a non-big puncher in BJS.

Yeah, Danny's been handled soft. Going into the Quillin fight, Quillin proved his ruggedness vs Lee and even N'Dam and Rosado. Same time, Quillin's overhand right is a shot gun. So Danny get's KO'd flat by Pirog and then gets dumped to the ground by Mora, only been matched soft, and now he's fighting Quillin, no **** I'm picking Quillin to KO Danny.... duh...
