I've ranked a few of the guys highly based on amateur achievements + eye test. BHop obviously is A level based on skill, resume etc, but as a top level guy he's no longer got it.
Done. List has been updated. Considering it's mostly just you and me We have a solid amount of names thus far.

Massive list and will add them I just have a question... are they all (A) and (B) fighters in your book? Or would you consider a few (+) and (-)?

Yea i think a few of them are a good win away to moving up and a loss away of moving down. I just didn't have the time to put plus and minus. Shyt changes every year anyway. lol.

I seriously think Robinson Castellanos is a C level fighter. Aside from his last 2 solid wins and Celestino Caballero I don't think he belongs in the B level.

I also disagree with Zou Shiming being a B level fighter. C plus at best in my book Especially since he's in an extremely deep division. Disregard his gold medals in the Ams and he has done nothing in the Pro's.

Thoughts? Mind if I move Zou down to C(+) and Castellanos to C?

Manny Pacquiao = A+, All Time Great

Floyd Mayweather = A+, All Time Great

Wladimir Klitschko = A+, Undefeated for 10 years. Improved a lot after his multiple TKO early in his career. ATG Heavyweight.

Andre Ward = A, Won the super six. Beat Froch, a P4P fighter on his own. He needs more solid wins to be A+.

Guillermo Rigondeaux = A, One of the best technician in this era. Outslicked Donaire in their fight. He needs more solid wins to be A+.

Román González = A, Like GGG, a pressure fighter that is very good at cutting off the ring with high knockout ratio. Calculated footwork that allows him to conserve more energy in the later rounds. Need more solid wins to be A+.

Sergey Kovalev = A, Outboxed a master technician, Bernard Hopkins. Very good at cutting off the ring and a deadly puncher. Need more solid wins to be A+

Juan Manuel Marquez = A, One of the best counter-puncher this era and an explosive combination puncher too.The fact that he can fight in higher weight class is a plus for me.

Timothy Bradley = A-/B+, Good All around fighter and can BOX pretty well if he fight wisely. Granite chin, decent hand speed and footwork but featherfist. Have a solid resume too.

Gennady Golovkin = A-, Very skillful in cutting off the ring and applying pressure in his opponent. No notable wins but have mutiple early KO/TKO wins against B/C level fighters in his weightclass. He need more wins against A level fighters to properly gauge him.

Carl Froch = A-/B+, Overall solid fighter and resume. Poor in techinal aspect of the game if you compare him to other P4P fighters.

Canelo Alvarez = A-/B+, Very good at combination punching including body shots but flat-footed and lacked stamina. On my opinion, he needs to change his trainer for him to improve.

Miguel Cotto = A-, A very good technical fighter with decent power and speed. Excellent Resume and more proven.

I added your names to the list.

Also, I separated the fighters into their respective weight divisions in order for the post not to be a cluster fuck of names

Someone prior named Cotto as a B fighter and you went with A(-), personally I believe he's a B+ so I went B+(right in the middle).. atleast until someone else disagrees and wants to bump him up.
