Floyd should not be stripped of his 154 Ring title, he agreed to defend it against Maidana in their rematch, along with all the other titles which he paid sanctioning fees for. Now if you have a problem with him not defending it against a top 10 154 guy, I would understand and won't argue that. But I will say it's a fact that all of his 147 and 154 titles were on the line vs Maidana in their September rematch. He paid his dues(sanctioning fees) to keep his 154 titles and he defend both 147/154 Ring titles. If Maidana had beaten him, he'd have become 147/154 Ring champion, as well as WBC/WBA 147 and WBC 154 champ.
