Since winning the Lineal SMW Title in December 2011 and defending it for the first time 9 months later in September 2012, Andre Ward has defended the title just once more in the next 2 years, 5 months.

He probably should be stripped but Mayweather should be stripped of his 154 pound titles long before Ward because he has no excuse for not defending them going on two years now. The ring can only strip fighters in their magazine and have no authority other than that.

All he is gonna have to do is beat like a top 15 guy and he'll be right back in the top 10 (maybe even top 5). Dunno why people are lamenting/celebrating. Boxing politics are whack as ****.

Now if you have a problem with him not defending it against a top 10 154 guy, I would understand and won't argue that. But I will say it's a fact that all of his 147 and 154 titles were on the line vs Maidana in their September rematch. He paid his dues(sanctioning fees) to keep his 154 titles and he defend both 147/154 Ring titles. If Maidana had beaten him, he'd have become 147/154 Ring champion, as well as WBC/WBA 147 and WBC 154 champ.

I said 147 WBC/WBA. I may have worded it wrong.
- he defend both 147/154 Ring titles.

As for TBRB, I don't follow them, they are full of ****. They're basically the same dudes who have Roman Gonzalez as #3 P4P on this site and act like elitist. I don't agree with Walters being over Johnny Gonzalez either. They also have Estrada as #9 P4P. Their list makes me vomit. Bradley over Wlad, wtf...
