Gennady Golovkin or Winky Wright?

Rewatch Wright vs Angel Hernandez, Winky didn't always make things easy for himself. Don't think Wright's jab would be enough to keep Golovkin off him. Maybe with a body shot around that tight guard, even w/o that, he could hurt Wright through his guard over the rounds.

People have said look at Wright/Trinidad, but Golovkin doesn't fight like Trinidad. I argue that Jermain Taylor had more punching power than Trinidad at MW, as Taylor's shots were able to move Wright through his guard.

Golovkin would have stopped Wright. Bad style match-up for Wright in general.

Winky was tough I really don't see him getting stopped by Golovkin...

Golovkin's not stopping Winky. As for who'd win, I don't know. Winky in his prime was far beyond anything he's ever faced. Toss up.

Might be biased, because Winky's one of my favorite fighters ever.

Winky wasn't a C level fighter @ 154lbs or 160lbs !!! GGG loses to Winky !!!

Yes he would stop him. Wright was a 154 pounder and he never fought a middleweight with GGG's combined speed, skill and power. Wright was past prime when he fought at 160.
