Dulorme isn't bad, he just puts too much power into his punches causing him to drain his energy. He fought ****** against Abregu and paid the price, he fought the same way against Lundy and almost lost that fight too.

If he fights anything like he did against Mayfield, this will be a good fight, but if he fights like this is a 4 round fight, he'll lose.

On paper it's a good fight but Dulorme isn't all that good and has lost to Abregu who is hardly world class lol But the size disparity might be interesting, isn't Dulorme like 2 inches taller?

          another indication of the fight

          http://espn.go.com/blog/dan-rafael/p...me-on-april-18

Lightweight champion Terence Crawford, who is moving up in weight for his next fight, likely will face Thomas Dulorme on April 18 in an HBO main event from a site to be determined.

In addition, the fight could be for the 140-pound belt stripped from Chris Algieri when he challenged Manny Pacquiao for his welterweight title in November and lost.

Carl Moretti, vice president of Top Rank, Crawford’s promoter, and Dulorme promoter Gary Shaw both told ESPN.com on Wednesday that they were working on the fight but expected it to be finalized.

Besides trying to nail down a venue, Moretti said he was talking to the WBO about sanctioning the fight for its vacant junior welterweight belt. Crawford, as the organization’s lightweight titleholder, has the right to challenge for the junior welterweight belt. Dulorme is rated fifth by the organization; the fighters ahead of him would have to pass on the bout or be unavailable. Former titleholder Ruslan Provodnikov and Lucas Matthysse, two fighters ahead of Dulorme, likely will fight each other on March 28, so they would not be available. Algieri, who is ranked No. 1, may step aside. Jason Pagara, of the Philippines, is fourth.

Crawford (25-0, 17 KOs), the 2014 ESPN.com Fighter of the Year, was slated to return March 21 at the Theater at Madison Square Garden, but the card had various issues and was never finalized. One of the issues was lining up an opponent for Crawford on somewhat short notice. HBO has approved Dulorme (22-1, 14 KOs), 25, of Puerto Rico, who fought on the network Dec. 6 and won a split decision against Hank Lundy.

In an aside, manager Cameron Dunkin, who has co-managed Crawford for his entire career, also was managing Dulorme but recently gave him his release.
Maybe Dulorme be joining Haymon after this fight..

crawford is going to look spectacular and then dulorme will blame the loss on the oxnard messikans for the loss.

Crawford should easily neutralize Dulorme, but I still have respect for the fact that he looked up the rankings for an opponent. With Garcia, Peterson, Matthysse, Postol, Broner, and Provodnikov all set to fight around April, he took one of the only fighters left in the rankings. Also, if he didn't take Algieri for the WBO championship then what are his plans? Is he looking to put himself in position to become the #1 contender for the green belt or lineal championship? Garcia hasn't defended his championship since last March against Herrera. This is going to shake up the division in a good way, cause Bob Arum won't allow these Haymon fighters to camp out on all of the belts without putting them on the line.
