I thought he had to negotiate with Algieri, unless Algieri turned it down.

Last I heard, Algieri just didn't like the money he was gonna get.... well fine, then it goes to purse bids.

Did he really pass up a title shot and a decent pay day because he didn't like what he'd get with Crawford? If so, that's one of the most idiotic things I've ever seen because he's with Star fucking boxing and I don't think they'll get him a big money fight any time soon

I like how the WBO are trying to orient the 140 title to be won by Crawford and they're making the #1 and #2 fight in an eliminator to face Flannigan for it... or w/e the other guy's name was
