And it wasn't NY or LV who caught Tito or Margarito. It was ****m. If it was "illegal" in NY why didn't the commission catch it? Like Marg's gloves in Vegas AND California ****m is the only one who caught either of them.

ok, so tito gets a pass cuz he wasnt suspended, but margo wasnt suspended for that specific fight and even know you have no proof he doesnt get pass...
