I wanted to vote Lampley due to his idiocy, bias, and terrible blow by blow. His voice is so smooth though. Picked Atlas and Sheridan because they are obnoxious blowhards with grating voices.
I think Max Kellerman is the best on the list.

Adam Smith has recently become my most hated commentator.
He's a cheerleader for any in house fighter and that's all.
He will be talking about how good they are while a fight is going on. He adds nothing of value to the spectator.
Usually at his worst with Joshua or any young hyped fighter of matchroom.

Saw this post on another boxing website:
Teddy Atlas sounds like he's brain damaged ... and he's never really even fought. He had one or two amateur fights then claimed he had a bad back.
He's the half-wit son of a doctor. His dad was a well-respected and very successful physician who BUILT a hospital n New York. His family is loaded. But Teddy wanted to hang out with kids who got in trouble so he could feel tough. He talks about people wanting to quit all the time because he never had the stones for boxing, and he ****** at school, but he likes to tell everyone else what they're doing wrong.
I can't stand the guy. You get announcers on there like Hearns who slurs all over the place because he got hit so many times. And you feel bad for those guys. But Atlas was born an idiot and he acts like a brain-damaged fighter. But he's just the slow kid in class who came from a rich family. People fawn over every word he says, like he's full of knowledge. He just says the same thing over and over.

Why isn't George Foreman on this list? I know he's no longer commentating but this dude annoyed the f u c k out of me when he was on the Mic.
"When a fighter gets punched in the face and smiles he's really saying ouch that really hurt."
I mean, WTF???

I dislike Sheridan the most; I feel he is the most incredibly biased commentator and only sees the fight from one side.
Al Bernstein. I like the guy, but his face and his voice just annoy the **** out of me. His knowledge of boxing is ok though, that's what saves him.
I much prefer Antonio Tarver, Paulie Malignaggi, Andre Ward, and Max Kellerman. Mostly due to them being very colorful (aside from Ward), intelligent and thorough, very good at explaining ****, and typically are able to touch of the fighters psyche.
I know a lot of people hate Max, but I think it's mostly because he's not afraid to tell the other side of the story, so he rubs people the wrong way when they're root for the other guy.
