GGG is so good that the only person people bring up to beat him is Andre Ward....

For a monster like that, its all about the opportunities. He's only been on US tv for 2.5 years, and about to destroy his 6th Ring rated opponent. Before that couldnt get anyone in the ringComment

When you move up in weight, opportunities to fight better names open up immediately. Ask Mayweather, Pacquiao, P. Williams, Sergio Martinez, Arthur Abraham, JM Marquez. MW is dead, who cares if he's fighting Ring rated fighters in that weight?Comment

He doesn't need to move up, he can take an attractive fight at 168 or 154 if offered. So far no offers. Chavez backed out despite a massive purse guarantee. The best and most proven active SMW Froch wants nothing to do with GGG. Fighters move up for more lucrative fights, or when they can't make the weight limit. Neither is the case here.Comment

Not sure which 168s you have in mind. Ward maybe holds his way to a decision, but who else? Froch doesn't want it. Andre Dirrell would be a good test if he wasn't under Haymon's protective umbrella, but he couldn't do much vs GGG in a 3 rounder with big gloves and headgear. If he thinks Abe brings brain trauma over 12 rounds, he'll be jumping out of the ring vs 3G.Comment
