Undefeated but inactive prospect Jose Aguiniga was arrested last Thursday in California for allegedly having drugs that he intended to sell.
Aguiniga, 33, was scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 17 on two felony counts of possession for sale of a controlled substance, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office’s online records. He was being held on $250,000 bail.
