Funny thing is. He decided to not rematch herrera who is truely king at 140 right now.beat danny and provo. Get herrera in with rios and crawford..

Why did danny fight salsa ranked 77th at 135 at WW??
Instead of a rematch with herrera..

      That speaks volumes.

RJJ went right back at griffin...history speaks for itself.

It's wishful thinking but even Angel Garcia said a couple times after the fight that Danny has learned all he is ever going to learn. I would disagree, but for his own father and trainer to say that Danny is at his peak and there's no where to go but down seems kinda bad. Danny's saving grace is that he is more often timing his opponents more. I think he should fight Rios or Maidana next, then we can decide if he is a champ that's here to stay.

Exposed? lol.. He just showed that hes a good fighter in his own right. Only on this site when a fighter is in tough aganist another tough opponent, is that said fighter "exposed" EVERY fight Danny Garcia is in is going to be tough, same as Tim Bradley, its because they arent particularly good at one thing thats eyepopping, they just find ways to win.. Is he limited? yes ofcourse but he wins with what hes got and I used to HATE Danny Garcia and thought he would be nothing at all and lose his first step up fight, and hes proved EVERYBODY wrong. After awhile you just stop betting against people like that because they earned the benefit of the doubt. Exposed is not the right word at all to descibe that fight.

Garcia is a decent boxer actually but his style and physical attributes got him further than everyone thought. Herrera was all wrong for him because he has good chin and better boxing skills. If Amir had better chin, he might've beaten Garcia too (though Garcia did beat Khan fair and square)

I do think Garcia is somewhat limited, i also think Herrera was underestimated.

I honestly don't think Garcia makes any kind of dent at 147. It's a pretty stacked divison, and i think the good fighters in that division make easy work out of him.

No. I'm certainly no Angel Garcia knob gobbling swagfæg but, Garcia losing to Herrera was more of how crafty and tricky Herrera is. Danny is a natural talent and I think he can beat Thurman when he moves up from the Giftweight class of 142-144.
